The Pets Pantry link has been designed to be used when a head collar is first worn, or as a permanent accessory with over boisterous or aggressive dogs.

Some dogs take time to get used to the head collars and there is a small risk that they may be able to back out of the head collar, pulling it over their head just as with a slack conventional collar.
