Local Delivery in Warrington, Cheshire, Areas.

Pets Pantry deliver locally to the Warrington area, Cheshire. These deliveries are carried out by our own van delivery service. Orders that are to be put on this service must be received no later than 3.00pm the day before delivery.

Our days of delivery for this service are each day Tuesday , Thursday &  Friday. Local delivery to Warrington are FREE for goods over £50.00 and charges for under £50.00 are as follows:- 

Free Delivery for orders over £50 

£3 for over £25.00 

£5 for under £25 .

The postcodes included in our local service are as follows:-

WA1, WA2, WA3, WA4, WA5, WA6, WA7, WA13, WA55, CW8 and CW9.

On entering your postcode our website will provide the alternative delivery method, if this does not appear please contact us.

Nationwide Deliveries outside our Local Service will be delivered by DPD Local

At Pets Pantry we focus on providing a quality, reliable service throughout, including our delivery service. We have carefully selected DPD Local as our national courier to provide you will a reliable delivery, a 1 hour window along with a fully tracked next day service - so we can be sure you get your pet supplies when you need them.

We always strive to offer you excellent value in both our products and delivery services, while maintaining our high standard. For just £5.50 you can have upto 30Kgs delivered within 3 days, or for those smaller items we even have a £3.95 service.

Orders received before 3.00pm will be processed on the same day.

We can deliver to all addresses in MAINLAND UK by courier at the following rates and time scales.  

Our 2/3 and next day service are working day deliveries, as we do not provide a weekend service.  

For weights over 30kg there is a £3 charge per 10kg

For Scottish Islands & Highlands, there will be a surcharge, please see below details. 

Highlands an extra £10 for upto 10kg and 30p per 1kg thereafter.

Scottish Islands an extra £15 for upto 10kg then 60p per 1kg thereafter

Due to prohibitory courier fees we are sorry but we unable to deliver to the following Isles in UK

Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly & Channel Islands.

For extra Security for you we ask your 1st delivery with us is to your registered card address. 

We are more than happy to deliver your goods to any address of your choice within the mainland; however for your own peace of mind and security, we ask that your first delivery is to the registered card address. This will help prevent fraud in the event of your card being stolen or compromised; we hope that you agree with us on this extra security measure.  

Our courier service is a very efficient tracked service and if you add your mobile telephone number when registering your contact details, you will also receive a text on the day of delivery. This text will inform you of a one hour window of the intented delivery time on the day of your delivery. The one hour window is an extra built in service and occurs most of the time, but is not a guaranteed service. The majority of our customers find the extra benefit of the one hour window an invaluable service compared to other courier services and of great benefit if you need to go out and be back in time for your delivery. Alternatively if you are not going to be home and you have a safe place to leave your goods, you can stipulate this in our comment box. However this safe place is at your own risk however and we cannot be held responsible once the driver has left it in the safe place; if your parcel goes astray. 

Every effort is taken by us to make sure your parcel arrives with you on the day and date we specify when placing your order. However we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances such as poor weather, breakdowns, acts of god etc.
