Flexi leads are NOT chew proof whether Tape or Cord and therefore customers must be mindful NOT to leave their Dog unattended or tethered with the Flexi Lead as it is inevitable that your Dog will bite through the Cord or the Tape and the lead is NOT guaranteed for chewing, therefore Flexi will not replace the product in these circumstances so we would be unable to give you a replacement.
