Background

Tina started her working career as a children's nurse, after doing this for many years she believed it was time for change and started working in a farm shop which also sold pet food supplies. Whilst doing this she developed a wealth of knowledge on a variety of pet products and also built on her already great customer service skills. In June 2011 she joined the Pets Pantry team and is now well known and loved member of staff by customers and work colleagues alike.

Role

Tina is mainly to be found in the office on our 1st floor, she looks after all our online and telesales customers, if you ring us it is likely to be Tina you speak to and she is sure to be able to satisfy your enquiry. Tina makes sure your orders are processed correctly and get out for delivery whether locally or nationwide, plus our click and collect orders. 

Favourite part about the job

Tina's favourite part about the job is helping customers, she holds a strong enthusiasm for making sure customers get exactly what they need and that they are fully satisfied. 

Qualifications

• RAMA - SQP (Animal Medicines Advisor) for equine and companion animals for over 10 years
• Full first aid training
• Royal Canin weight management training

Interests

Tina has many interests outside of work, the main one being gardening, almost every time the weather permits you will find her in the garden, sometimes getting her hands dirty, sometimes just relaxing and taking in the fresh air. She also loves spending time with her kids and going shopping.

Pets

One very silly cat called Tilly.  Loves wildlife especially the Hedgehogs, which visit her garden.
