Background

Apart from working at a boarding kennels for a brief period after finishing education, Lynette has been with us at Pets Pantry for almost all her adult life.

Role

Lynette has a range of shop, office and warehouse roles, if you call Pets Pantry there's a very high chance that Lynette will pick up the phone, her massive range of pet knowledge and years of experience means she will leave no question unanswered. In the office Lynette also handles a lot of online tasks, from processing orders all the way to adding products onto the website. She also works on the shop floor, advising and serving customers with her great depth of Pet care Knowledge.

Favourite part about the job

Dogs, all things dogs, nobody is more excited to see visiting dogs then Lynette. She also loves the customers who come with said dogs, talking to and helping customers and seeing their pets grow over time is by far Lynette's favourite part of her job.

Qualifications

• SQP(Animal Medicines Advisor) for companion animals
• City and Guilds pet store management certificate
• Canine Nutrition Diploma
• Full First Aid Training
• Wealth of animal experience

Interests

Lynette's main interests are her pets and her family, they take up all of her time outside work. She has a range of pets and a young son called Isaac.
