Possible Delivery Delays
We are experiencing exceptionally high order volumes at the moment. We are working hard to try and ensure all orders are delivered ontime, however due to the volume of orders there may be a slight delay in despatching next day orders. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes - but rest assured we are doing everything we can to get all orders to you as soon as possible.

UPDATE 5th January 2021 - 3rd Lockdown

As an Essential Food Shop - Pet Shops are allowed to remain OPEN - Our SHOP is OPEN MON - SAT   9am - 5pm, we have the covid compliance in place, please wear a mask if able and use sanitizer (supplied) on entry to our shop and keep a safe distance from other shoppers and staff.  Help keep us all as safe as possible. Thank you. 

If you prefer you can order online www.petspantry.uk and select Click & Collect or Delivery. 

Once your Click & Collect is ready we will send an email, confirming this, you can collect from our rear warehouse with parking bay. 

We deliver locally to WA1, WA2, WA3, WA4, WA5, WA6, WA7, WA13, WA55 & CW8 and CW9 with our own van and with DPD for all other postcodes in Mainland UK.

DUE TO REDUCED STAFFING NUMBERS WE WILL ONLY BE OPERATING OUR OFFICE AND WAREHOUSE AT REAR FOR CLICK & COLLECTS & DELIVERIES - Please order online before you come to collect - After ordering please await your email instruction, letting you know it is ready to collect. It will be within 2 hours of you ordering. Thank you for your patience and support we very much appreciate it. 

 

For everyones safety we are operating Contactless Click & Collect, Phone Orders and Deliveries from today (Monday 23rd March).

Our Shop HAS NOW RE-OPENED and is OPEN -  9am - 5pm Monday  - Saturday 

For everyone's protection in addition to the steps above, we have IN PLACE - TILL SCREENS, A ONE WAY SYSTEM, LOWER CUSTOMER NUMBERS AT ANYONE TIME, STAFF WEARING MASKS/VISORS & REGULAR SANITIZING of HIGH CONTACT POINTS. 

As a responsible business we feel we have a responsibility to protect all our customers and our team throughout this pandemic. We are doing evrything in our power to keep a safe shopping environment, whilst also offering Click & Collect, Online and telephone orders for delivery. We are continuing to deliver accross the country to ensure your pets have all the supplies they need, as well as offering local contact free collections - this will allow us to continue to supply you.

This pandemic is a challenging time for all of us and our team are pulling out all the stops to keep safe and keep the business functioning. We thank you for your extra local support at this time and always. Together we can continue serving your pets needs and we very much look forward to a time when things may get back to the way they were.

If you are self-isolating, we can deliver your order & leave in a designated place of your choice – please add where your favoured place is, on the comment box when placing your online order. 

 

NATIONWIDE DELIVERIES

Our courier DPD has informed us that they are delivering as normal and if you would prefer not to sign the hand-held device, the driver can sign for you – to prevent contact. These orders can also be left in a secure place at your request as per their normal terms at your own risk.  

 

ELDERLY, VULNERABLE & LOCAL CUSTOMERS WITHOUT ACCESS TO THE INTERNET.

 

In order to offer extra help to local customers, that are either elderly, vulnerable and or those that haven’t got access to the internet. You will be able to ring and talk to one of our team to place an order over the phone. This service will operate Mon – Fri   9 – 5pm on 01925 398598. We will then pack your order and deliver between Mon – Fri to the following postcodes WA1, WA2, WA3, WA4, WA5, WA6, WA7, WA13, WA55, CW8 and CW9. Our days of delivery for this service are each day Monday to Friday. These deliveries are FREE for goods over £50.00 and charges for under £50.00 are as follows: - 

£5 for under £25 worth of goods

£3 for over £25.00 up to £49.99

Orders over £50 have Free delivery.
